UNDER AGE 18 TEEN VOLUNTEER PERMISSION SLIP Thank you for enabling your child to volunteer at Our Lady of Mercy this year. As a volunteer, your teenager will be responsible and instrumental in the success of our parish programs as well as being an inspiration to the children and adults they support and serve.
