Super Sixth As a Sixth Form family our main goal is to help every student on the road to success. We take our Super Sixth status very seriously and set high expectations so that students and staff strive to be the best they can. Academic, vocational, personal and social development are at the heart of what we do so that every student can confidently take their next steps towards a positive future. Specialist guidance and flexible courses mean we can personalise learning Every course is a progression from previous learning or a new specialist qualification Students on academic and vocational courses typically exceed their targets Extra curricular activities and external visitors help develop the range of skills needed for adult life Our comprehensive 'Progression Passport' programme improves students' transferable skills for employment and higher education What some of our past students say... Danny Angove Eggbuckland helped me realise my dream. I study English at Royal Holloway, London and have been an active part of the 'BBC Generation 2015' programme Liam Quick I won the Student of the Year award whilst on my vocational course. I now train my own apprentices! Eggbuckland supported me every step of the way Make the most of your talents... Anthony Piper Head of Post Sixteen Education

Academic & Applied content Our wide range of subjects allows every student to follow a personal programme. Expert advice from the start ensures every student's qualifications will allow them progression on to higher education or training in the future. Whether it is academic A levels, applied BTECs or OCR Cambridge Technical courses we pride ourselves that a dynamic and exciting curriculum is taught creatively by passionate and highly qualified teachers to engage and inspire our students. Can I mix and match any subjects? Yes, with our Link Partnership we offer a flexible range of over 30 subjects. Are courses successful? Academic students exceeded targets and every vocational student passed their course in 2015! What about higher education? You get key guidance and tutors guide you through each step.

Vocational content We offer over 25 substantial vocational courses which means every student gets a personal programme tailored to their career. Each individualised course uses specialist off-site training providers and extensive work placements to ensure skills are matched to the workplace. Study at Eggbuckland towards an employability qualification at level 2 or 3 involving fund-raising and community projects to develop transferable skills for the future. In 2015, we had a 100% success rate with every student who completed their course. How about apprenticeships? Impartial advice is available if you want to secure a placement at the end of your course. Is there support for personal or social issues? Of course, we want our students to be happy so tutors and specialist support staff are always there. Can I get employment training as well? Work placements are an important part of our programme.
