BPPS UNIFORM GUIDE Guidelines There are different guidelines for Summer and Winter Summer uniform is worn in Terms 1 and 4 Winter uniform is worn in Terms 2 and 3 Sports uniform is worn once or twice a week, as advised by your child s teacher. Please label all items with your child s name. Ph: 02 9905 2711 2 nd Hand Uniform There is a second hand shop which is open each Monday during term time, from 8.35am to 9.00am. This operates from the School Canteen, adjacent to the School Hall. Donations are always welcome and very much appreciated. All proceeds go to the P&C to assist the school. Lost Property Lost Property is kept on the Year 1 veranda and in a basket in the hall. It is a policy of the school that, at the end of each term, the boxes are cleared. All unlabelled items are washed and given to the 2 nd hand uniform shop. Recent changes to Uniform Some changes to the school uniform were agreed in 2014 and have been trialled since. Whilst in this transition period, all old or trialled uniform is perfectly legitimate school wear - please see the individual sections for more details. Hardship Fund A P&C funded Hardship Fund provides assistance to purchase uniform to those experiencing financial hardship. Please contact the School Office on 9969 4260 to make an appointment with the Principal. The Hardship Fund arises from commission paid by Pickles for all BPPS uniform sold.
BOYS -SUMMER NORMAL SUMMER UNIFORM Blue shorts (Navy Gaberdine Shorts) with red short sleeved polo shirt Blue hat (choose the style you prefer)- Slouch hat with rim all around, or Legionnaires cap Blue socks and black shoes This fleece top is also accepted BPPS school uniform although it is being phased out over the next few years SPORTS SUMMER UNIFORM (to be worn 1-2 days per week, as advised by teacher) This is exactly the same as the normal summer uniform but with sports shorts (navy microfibre sports shorts) and sports shoes

A decision was made in November 2015 to revert back to red for girls. If you have purchased blue hats/socks for your daughter, do please continue to wear these until a replacement is needed.
