Welcome to the QS World University Tour The world knows Oxford and Cambridge, Harvard and Yale but students and their parents often have trouble identifying the wider range of top universities in the world. As such, QS has launched the QS World University Tour. The QS World University Tour is a series of prestigious half-day undergraduate education fairs held around the world that bring together potential undergraduate students and the world s top universities. The QS World University Tour in London provides students and their parents the opportunity to talk face to face with representatives from some of the top-performing institutions in the world to find out which university best suits their tertiary education demands. QS World University Rankings All of the universities participating in the QS World University Tour are ranked and recognised as one of the top 500 institutions in which to study according to the QS World University Rankings. These rankings are an accessible tool to: Help prospective international students shortlist potential destination universities Provide a counterpoint to evaluations of international universities Provide a rudimentary map of the international higher education landscape, which can and has been used as a component in both institutional and governmental strategic decision making We have subsequently released the QS World University Rankings by Subject giving more in-depth analysis of the world s top institutions. Only students must complete the registration process, there is no need for those accompanying students to register their details.
