Fllwing types f Online applicatin may be submitted: - 1) Apprval f Middle Class Syllabus. 2) Prvisinal Affiliatin up t Secndary level. 3) Switch Over frm State Bard t CBSE at Secndary level. 4) Upgradatin t Senir Secndary level. 5) Switch Over t Senir Secndary level frm State Bard t CBSE. 6) Extensin f Prvisinal Affiliatin, applicable in case f already CBSE affiliated Senir Secndary schls. 7) Applicatin fr Additinal Subject/s, applicable in case f already CBSE affiliated Senir Secndary schls. Please Nte:- There will be n Cmpsite Affiliatin upt Class XII except in switch ver cases mentined at Pint N. 2 abve. Fr nn-switch ver cases, a schl has t first
affiliate itself with CBSE upt Secndary stage and run class IX fr a minimum perid f ne year befre applying fr Upgradatin t Senir Secndary level. Affiliatin fee is t be depsited by nline banking/ debit card/credit card/neft. 5. It may be ensured that the schl is fulfilling the fllwing essential cnditins, therwise the applicatin will be summarily rejected: - i) N Objectin Certificate AND ii) Recgnitin Letter frm the State Gvernment OR Recmmendatin frm cncerned Embassy f India in case f schls lcated utside India. Nte:- NOC/Recgnitin is nt required in cases f schls run by Gvernment Departments/Gvernment Undertakings/managed by Scieties fr Gvt. Undertakings and financed and cntrlled by the Undertakings. Ownership r lease f requisite land in the name f the schl r Sciety/Trust running the schl. (If the land has been taken n lease, acceptable lease perid is 30 years). Availability f well qualified staff as per qualificatins detailed in Chapter IX f the Affiliatin Bye laws. The number f PRTs, TGTs, & PGTs shuld be sufficient t teach respective sectins. Nn-prprietary character f the Trust r Sciety running the schl (t be shwn by way f an affidavit). Payment f salaries t staff nt less than the crrespnding categries f emplyees in the State/Central Gvernment. In case f Private unaided schls, the schls must be established by Scieties registered under the Scieties Registratin Act 1860 f the Gvernment f India r under Acts f the State Gvernments as educatinal, charitable r religius scieties having nn-prprietary character r by Trusts. 6. Last date fr submissin f applicatin is 30 th June f the year preceding the year in which class VII, IX, XI is prpsed t be started. These classes shuld nt be started withut prir affiliatin with the Bard. Hwever fr Extensin cases, the schls wh have missed the deadline last year can apply this year with late fee. 7. The CBSE will nt be respnsible fr any cnsequences if these classes are started withut prper affiliatin etc. by the CBSE. 8. In case f any dispute(s) regarding the withdrawal r nt granting affiliatin r any ther matter pertaining t upgradatin and r any matter arising in respect f anything pertaining t affiliatin with any schl and r any ther persn, Sciety, cmpany r rganizatin, the curts and tribunals at the Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdictin t entertain such disputes. 9.
