Until recently, Mr. Norton was Of Counsel for the international law firm Tilleke & Gibbins International, which has offices in Bangkok, and Phuket, Thailand as well as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam and is affiliated in Myanmar. His role at Tilleke included dispute resolution advice, overseeing international commercial litigation and handling arbitration matters both as counsel and as arbitrator.
