Part II: Service and Leadership in the Community and at Wilde Lake High School Complete the attached forms. We look for members who participate in a variety of service opportunities. This is a service organization. DO NOT JOIN if you are not interested in service. FYI: Nothing from middle school years will be considered. Part III: Leadership and Character (Faculty Recommendations) Choose three current faculty members to complete a recommendation form based off of your character and leadership. Make your selections carefully, as this is an important component of the application process. Keep coaches and club sponsors to a minimum. Faculty members need to sign that they will complete the form. Make sure you have asked the faculty member for the recommendation and ask them to sign below. Then hand them the teacher recommendation form attached. The teacher will place it in Mrs. Volinsky s mailbox. Complete the information and then get the faculty signature.
