Since its beginnings in 1967, the fleet of airplanes has expanded from two planes to the current fleet of four Cessna 172s for general purpose aviation, a Cessna 182 for bush and high 1
performance training, a retractable gear Piper Arrow, and a Beechcraft Duchess for multiengine certification. The program now includes bachelor of science degrees in aviation and aviation management. New Outreach Leader in Montana Carsten Moutray is the new outreach coordinator and Youth Rush director for the Montana Conference. He studied at SOULS (Seventh-day Adventist Outreach and Leadership School) West as a Bible worker and Youth Rush leader. After his studies, Moutray worked with SOULS Northwest for two years as the industry director and has traveled all across the North Pacific Union Conference doing literature evangelism. Adventist Chaplain Keynotes National Prayer Breakfast 2
Addressing President Donald J. Trump and a room filled with American political and civic leaders on Feb. 2 at the 65th National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C., U.S. Senate Chaplain Barry C. Black, an Adventist pastor, recalled the motivation his mother gave him to memorize Bible verses, which kindled a lifelong quest to know the Author of those words.
