BEFORE YOU BEGIN 1. Test Administrators (Proctors) for the Learn2Serve Food Protection Manager Certification Exam are required to pass a short online training course. You have been enrolled in that course in 360training s Learning Management System (LMS). 2. A passing score of 80% is mandatory for certification to be a Learn2Serve Food Protection Manager Test Administrator. 3. To log in to the training course you will need the username and password sent to you at the top of the enrollment notice email If you did not receive your username and password, please contact Customer Support at 855-796-3525. Tell them you need your Username and Password for the Learn2ServeTest Administrator Training course. COURSE INSTRUCTIONS Note: You must take this course on a computer connected to the Internet. Step # Action Instructions 1 Find Website In your web browser, type in https://lms.360training.com/lms/login.do The Student Login screen will appear (SCREEN #1). 2 Enter Username and Password 3 Log In On the Student Login screen, enter your: Student username Password These items were sent to you in the enrollment email. Click the blue LOGIN button. The GUIDED TOUR screen will appear (SCREEN #2). Page 1 of 10
COURSE INSTRUCTIONS (Continued) 4a 4b Take the Guided Tour (optional) Skip the Guided Tour The Guided Tour is an LMS tutorial movie with audio. It will show you how to operate the controls inside the course. It is recommended that you take the Guided Tour. To begin the Guided Tour, click on Learner Mode. The LMS Guided Tour will appear in a new window (SCREEN #3). To Exit the Guided Tour at any time, click the blue Close link in the upper right hand corner of the screen. If you are already familiar with how our Learning Management System (LMS) works, you may skip the Guided Tour by selecting the blue Continue button on the LMS Guided Tour screen. The Browser Check screen will appear (SCREEN #4). 5 Browser Check (automatic) On the Browser Check page, the system will automatically check to make sure your computer is able to run the course you are taking. Click CONTINUE. The License Agreement screen will appear (SCREEN #5). 6 Read and Agree to License Agreement 7 Select the Course Read the License Agreement and click I AGREE. The My Courses** screen will appear (SCREEN #7). **NOTE: If you see a screen called Completion Certificates (SCREEN #6) you are in the wrong mode. You must be in Learner Mode to take the course. The Mode box is in the lower right hand corner of the screen. Use the dropdown menu to switch to Learner Mode. There are 2 steps to this process. First, make sure that the box at the top of the screen under My Courses is showing Enrolled Courses. Second, click on the Learn2Serve Test Administrator Training link. A new window will appear where you take the course. It will open to the title screen for Learn2Serve Test Administrator Training (SCREEN #8). Page 2 of 10
COURSE INSTRUCTIONS (Continued) 8 Begin the Course On the title screen, click the arrow button in the lower right corner of the screen to advance to the next screen and start the course (SCREEN #8). **NOTE: This arrow button is your navigation button through the course. If your system is running slowly, please take care not to click the arrow button repeatedly. Clicking the arrow more than once may cause the course player to skip content screens and quiz questions. 9 Pass the Lesson Assessment Quiz To complete this course you are required to take and pass the Lesson Assessment Quiz. There are a total of 10 questions covered in this assessment. In order to pass this assessment you must achieve a score of 80%. You are allowed a maximum of three attempts to achieve a passing score after which you will need to review the lesson before attempting this assessment again. Once you complete the assessment, the Acknowledgement screen will appear. 10 Agree to the Acknowledgements On the Acknowledgement screen, Read through all the agreement statements and click the I Agree button. You must click this button to receive your Proctor Login credentials to administer the Learn2Serve Food Protection Manager Certification Exam. The My Courses screen will appear. 11 Check your Status 12 Receive your Proctor Username & Password On the My Courses screen, click on the My Courses icon in upper left corner and your status will be updated to reflect that you took the course. When you have passed the course, an email will be sent to you containing your Proctor username and Proctor password**. Allow one full business day from when you pass the test to receive this email. You will need your Proctor username and Proctor password to administer and unlock 360training s Learn2Serve Food Protection Manager Certification Exam. **NOTE: The Proctor username and Proctor password are different from the username and password you used to log in and take this exam.
