Your most recent School Transcript with a minimum average of 80 (Mexican system) or GAP of 2.5 (USA system). Cases of average between 70 79 (GPA 2.0 2.5) will be considered at length. 3. Language courses: Full-time Workload: ITESM offers both regular university courses taught in English and Spanish, for international students. Academic load: The maximum allowed academic load for both undergraduate and graduate students is 48 units (18 credits) for the January -May and August -December semester terms, and 32-40 units (12-15 credits) for the January- April, April-June, and September -December trimester terms. Notwithstanding, we recommend you not to exceed 32-40 units (13-15 credits), whereas foreign students need time for other activities that will enrich their international experience. 4 or 12 ITESM UNITS = 2.3 or 3 ECTS

Each teacher will determine which other evaluations are required in his/her course and the dates when they will take place. Academic Expenses: Health insurance: For exchange students the fees are waived. For independent students the fees will be payed by the student. Upon your arrival, you must have a health insurance with you. Therefore you can have your own from your country but please check that your insurance has an International Coverage. If you do not have a health insurance in your country with an international coverage, you can buy one here during the Orientation Week. When you arrive in Monterrey city, please ask the International Programs Office where to do so.
