Thesis, a school of thought PhD' recruitment in companies is a major question. It is necessary to increase the number of PhD in the entrepreneurial world. The thesis is a school of thought. It teaches to be daring, tenacious, summarize and to learn fast. The company has interest recruiting PhD, even when the thesis concerns a subject remote from its activities ; it is a way for companies to hire good brains.
