Who we are We are a professional membership body, working on behalf of all doctors in public health, primary and secondary care, dentists and medical students in the UK. We also support some non-medical colleagues who are members of medical royal colleges. What we do The Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management: promotes high quality in health and healthcare across the UK through good medical leadership and management practice sets standards across the UK which will inform educational curricula and revalidation supports research and contributes to the knowledge base around medical leadership and management is an authoritative voice in the development of healthcare policy acts as a powerful advocate for the role of the medical community in leadership. However the Faculty is about much more than encouraging doctors to go into medical management.
