All online through www.epso.eu The Process Online application form First stage: Computer based tests Second stage: Assessment centre in Brussels for successful first stage candidates Citizen of a Member State of the European Union Entitled to full rights as such a citizen Have fulfilled any obligations imposed by the laws on military service Have a thorough knowledge of one of the official languages of the EU and a satisfactory knowledge of a second. Irish is an official language 19 20 The language thing The main language (usually your mother tongue) is referred to as language 1 in the online registration form You should have a satisfactory knowledge of your second language Most of the tests at the Assessment centre will also be in your second language.
