This will help accelerate your learning. Continuing coaching sessions will start by reviewing what you ve learned, how you are progressing on your PDP and will introduce new project mgmt concepts from our curriculum Periodic assessments will be taken to demonstrate and quantify the progress you are making as a result of the coaching engagement As your coaching engagement nears an end, we will work together to develop an Action Plan to help you transition your new knowledge back into your organization The final coaching session is dedicated to reviewing what you ve learned, quantifying your final growth metrics, identifying your next step for action and celebrating your success!
