Learning solutions in InnoOmnia Highly qualified and motivated teachers are one of the key success factors of Finnish vocational education. Continuous professional development (CPD) and ties to the world of work are a must in ensuring excellence not only today, but also for the future. The Finnish National Board of Education (FNBE) has supported lifelong learning possibilities for teachers/trainers by allocating funds for CPD. Content and length of training are always tailored to the participants' needs and topics range from technology integration, mobile learning, social media to entrepreneurial teaching methods. InnoOmnia has adopted a "whole school" approach in its' CPD, developing programs involving the staff and students e.g. in the Bring Your Own Device training
