We want to thank everyone who participated, attended or assisted with this years 9th Annual Roundup. We love having everyone out close to the event, adding to the energy of this great sport. Everyone was excited to see 72 year old Don Isett break the World Record 4 times at this meet, finishing with a jump of 3.35 meters or 11 1/2 inch. What a great day of jumping! Jesse Johnson continues to lead the High School Girls with a jump of 13 0. Daven Murphee gets back on track early in the boys high school division with a jump of 16 0. The jumping in all division is getting better each year and we have noticed more younger athletes taking the sport up at an earlier age. In the open division Jeffrey Rodriguez put up a good bar with a jump of 17 7. Once more we want to thank everyone for coming and making this meet the fun it is each year. In the next few days I will compose a video collage of the jumps at the 2012 Roundup. Please send any of your favorite video shots you would like included in the video record of this event to : TXPVCOACH@ELITESPORTZ.COM. Page 1
