ERASMUS+ KA1 - Learning Mobility of Individuals VET learner and staff mobility PROGRAMME (2014-2020) Public Institution Raseiniai Technology and Business School Muziejaus str. 8, LT- 60122 Raseiniai, Litauen Project Professional mobility - deep level: not only the quantity of activi-ty, but also a newthe international quality of the experi- ence No. 2017-1-LT01-KA102-034977 THE MAIN PURPOSE To provide an opportunity for participants to accumulate a relevant professional experience in a higher level, which ensures the ability of employee to participate in the highly qualified laborintensive process immediately without additional train- ing or additional costs. OBJECTS: To provide a possibility for 22 students to participate in various work activities of similar companies in different countries and to acquire relevant, high quality pro- fessional experience: To know the host partner s quality of service requirements, specific technologies in specific areas, To provide a possibility to get International Certificates, Europass Mobility Docu- ments, Individual Characteristics and Regional Certificates of gained professional experience, Gained experience (competencies and skills) to use in facilitate transition of par- tici-pants from education to a new quality of work activity, To teach the project participants to modulate and transform the basic knowledge and gained experience in two adjacent work areas. THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROJECT: 22 students from 2nd and 3rd courses who are studying as International transporta- tion driver - freight forwarder or as Cars Mechanic, or a cook in an initial voca- tional training level and graduates of these specialities.their age is 18-20 years old. The participants will be chosen according to in advance set criteria such as voca- tional knowledge and their active participation in school activities and foreign lan- guage knowledge. The choice will be carried by of teachers of vocational subjects, class teachers, foreign lan-guage teachers, study mentors and administrations recommendations.

RESULTS Quantitative: EU financial support for the teaching / learning quality improvement, Recognizing of the gained experience (Europass documents), Educational materials that have lasting value (products), Presentation:,,Ideas for dishes decoration - innovation and fashion and,,gift for school 4 Information handouts distributed during the practice, 24 days of real work in foreign companies, Qualitative: relevant experience at a higher level in specific areas. FFECTS FOR PARTICIPANTS: 22 participants will get Certificates and Europass and Individual evaluation sheets (this will let students easier to find a job in the future), 24 days of real work in foreign companies (quality and relevant experience), The opportunity to go deeper into a specific professional area, The experience of working and communicating in multicultural environments, New professional and personal contacts. FOR THE TARGET GROUPS: The project products in the educational process: for the cook, car mechanic and International transportation driver - freight forwarder specialty students,voca- tional teachers, the members of methodical groups FOR SENDING ORGANIZATION: The innovations in the adjusting to practical content, to practice course and to preparation of new modules, A d v e r t i s i n g o f School and Profes- sional specialties, The project work experience for the members of working group, Contributing to the school's strategic de- velopment, The use of the findings for future projects.
