Our major duties Administrative support of the Institute and Departments - correspondence, e-mails, phone calls, arranging appointments, organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information Planning the purchases for our units Preparing materials and documents associated with meetings and our Departments Staff matters staff documentation, business travels, etc. Planning a unit budget and dealing with financial documents, invoices, etc. Organization of scientific conferences Coordinating the work of the department libraries Planning the staff for lectures and classes Dealing with other current issues and activities.
