Should employment interfere with my student teaching requirements, I will be required to either terminate my employment or my student teaching assignment. I understand that state mandate prohibits my being financially compensated for work performed in a school district in which I am currently student teaching. I understand that Fall applications must be submitted to my advisor by December 1 st and Spring applications must be submitted by March 1 st. I understand that I must provide official proof that I have passed the Content Exam by February 1 st for Fall student teaching and September 1 st for Spring student teaching. I understand that my proof of 100 observation hours must be submitted to the Director of Student Teaching upon completion. I understand that I will be notified about my application through my GSU email. I will check my GSU account email weekly. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have assessed my readiness for student teaching and satisfied the conditions of this application to the best of my abilities.
