The sanction seats will be allotted based on 50:50 ratio for both the In Serivice Candidates & Private Candidates. 2. The candidates belongs to Gadinadu Kannadigas and Horanadu Kannadigas can apply. Those who read & write in simple Kannada. 3. Selection will be based on age, merit and as per roaster reservation. 4. Eligible candidates must have all above conditions. 5. This Course is offered only for Karnataka Candidates. 6. No Provision for Earned Leave / Commuted Leave / Maternity Leave during studies. 7. Rules & Regulations as per the KCSR are applicable to the Inservice selected candidates. 8. The list of selected candidates will be published in the notice board of the college. 9. FEES STRUCTURE. Fees and other charges once paid shall not be refunded in any case including that of the student leaving the institute before completion of term or not joining the institute for any reason and no correspondence will be entertained in this connection. Course Fees: 6250/- If any Admission delay penalty fee has to be paid ELIGIBILITY Pass in GNM OR B.B.Sc. (N) OR P.B.B.Sc. (N) with KNC Registration. AGE LIMIT Not exceeding 48 years of Age for Inservice candidates and not exceeding 40 years of Age for Direct Candidates on the date of registration. APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION Candidates are advised to go through the institute advertisement carefully before registration of their application in the institute. The candidate who gets selected for the course should take admission with in stipulated time. Otherwise their admission stands cancelled. APPLICATION FEE D.D. for SC/ST /CAT-I, Rs.100/- & all other category of candidates is Rs.200/- drawn in favor of Principal, Govt. College of Nursing, Fort, Bangalore, from a Nationalized bank & shall be submitted along with application (Non Refundable amount). Incomplete application cannot be considered for Registration. MODE OF SELECTION Selection of candidate is purely on the basis of merit and as per reservations and roaster system and as per Hyderabad Karnataka Reservation (Education) & as per service seniority. Inservice candidates has to get relieved from concerned authority. If no Inservice Candidates 2
are available as per reservation criteria, the GM Candidates or Direct Candidates will be considered. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS 1. Application received after the due date will not be considered. 2. All particulars in the application form must be written carefully and legibly. 3. The decision of the committee shall be final in the matter of selection of candidates for the admission to the course and no appeal shall be entertained on the subject. 4. Any attempt on the part of candidate to influence directly or indirectly will be treated as disqualified. 5. Each candidate selected for admission shall have to pay the prescribed fees within the prescribed period, failing which his/her admission shall be cancelled and the next candidate on the waiting list shall be admitted in the order of merit. 6. The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board. 7. No individual intimation to unselected candidate will be sent and no correspondence on the subject will be entertained 8. The rules are subject to change in accordance with decision of the institute from time to time. 9. Selected candidates must join the course within stipulated time. The seats of the candidates who fail to join the course within the date stipulated and time mentioned in the letter of selection shall automatically stand cancelled and such seats shall then be given to the candidate in the waiting list in the order of merit. 10. Inservice candidates should submit their application through proper challan duely signed by the higher officer. 11. The concerned officer should relieve the inservice selected candidates well in time for the course. CAUTION If any candidates are found to have produced false information or certificates etc is found to have given falls information in his/her application he/she shall be debarred from the admission.
