In 2010 André Nollkaemper was awarded Advance Investigator Grant of the European Research Council (with a research sum of 2,3 million Euro). In 2000, he received the Pionier award of the Organization for Scientific Research, the equivalent of the current most prestigious individual academic award ( Vici ) of this organization.
