II. Getting Started Login Page: http://www.mylifebook.com/mylo Watch the Introductory Video Program 1 The Journey Begins video should be watched first, and this program DOES NOT have a template to download. This video serves as a roadmap for your Lifebook journey. In it, you will meet the Founder of Lifebook - Jon Butcher, learn more about the 12 Lifebook categories, and the 4 foundational pillars that are the active ingredients in Lifebook s proprietary process. CATEGORY VIDEO TRAINING You will have access to Lifebook classic videos through our online platform, and you can watch them any time you want, wherever you want, as long as you have Internet access. Can I rewatch the MyLO program videos? The Lifebook Program video content is a sequential process that you work through in order of the 12 life categories. And while you can watch a category video multiple times if you liked to, once you hit I AM FINISHED with one category, it unlocks the next category, and you won t be able to go back. We do this purposefully, because it is much more important to get through the entire program without over-thinking each individual category. The cumulative stacking effect is very powerful - what we call the Power of 12 Category Interconnectivity. There s tremendous power in the momentum you will get from going through all 12 categories consecutively because each one builds on each other. Even if you don t feel entirely finished with a section, it s better to keep moving than to feel like it has to be perfect. We re going for progress, not perfection here. When you wish to proceed, click the I AM FINISHED with this Video button to open up the next chapter. Once you complete each category, it locks out the previous one. Lifebook MyLO Instructions Page 4

III. System Requirements for Lifebook Online Platform Note: You can watch the program videos on most mobile devices, but to complete your Lifebook chapters, the templates will need to be downloaded on a PC or Mac. Requirements: Windows 7 or above or Mac OS X (any release within the past four years) Latest Version Web Browser: We recommend Firefox or Google Chrome Microsoft Word 2007 or Greater on PC, Microsoft Word for Mac 2008 or greater on Mac High Speed Internet Connection with at least 300K download speed What if I get interrupted while I m going through one of the videos? You can click the pause button so that you can begin where you left off. If you log off during the middle of a video or if you shut down your computer, it will reset to the beginning of that video when you log back in. Lifebook MyLO Instructions Page 5

IV. Timing How long do I have to complete the entire MyLO Program? If you are participating in the self-paced Lifebook Online Program, it is up to you how quickly you move through the program. But our recommendation is that you try to complete the program within two months of getting started. The quicker you complete the program, the faster you will be able to start implementing positive change into your life. Additionally, each chapter builds upon all previous ones so you ll want to keep the momentum going by working through the program at a steady pace. Note: If you are participating in one of our special programs, you will go through the experience over 6 weeks. This will take approximately 3-6 hours per week. How much time will I need to devote to the MyLO Program? In order to design the life of your dreams, you will need to set aside time to complete this important work. For the self-paced MyLO program, we recommend an average of approximately 2-3 hours each week. You ll want dedicated time each week in a quiet place where you can focus with no distractions to work through the online Lifebook Program. Do your very best to unplug from the rest of the world. We suggest using comfortable headphones to minimize noise and maximize sound quality. Each time when you log in to your Membership page, you should be prepared to take advantage of this investment in yourself to think through each important category of your life.. Lifebook MyLO Instructions Page 6

V. Using the Lifebook Online (MyLO) Member Platform A. Step One Download the Category Template (NOTE: The Journey Begins program DOES NOT have a template to download.) We ve created beautiful templates that you will use to build each Chapter of your Lifebook. Before you start each of the 12 Chapter Video programs, download it by clicking the TEMPLATES icon button on the top right of the page. After the file downloads, open it, and save it to your computer. There are two versions of the Templates See the icon buttons at the top of the webpage: 1. The top button is the one that will work for most people - Word Doc Templates. 2. The lower button is ONLY for Mac users that are using Word 2016 - Mac Word 2016. B. Step Two - The Video Presentation Category Video Training You ll watch a powerful video program for each of the 12 Categories. Click the PLAY VIDEO button to watch. During the video, there will be four specific times when you are asked to write your thoughts for your Premise, Vision, Purpose and Strategy. Leave the video running, as music will play for approximately 8 minutes, and type your thoughts in your category template during these writing sessions. When the video presentation resumes, please save any changes to your Word document and resume watching the video. Repeat these steps for the Vision, Purpose and Strategy sections of the PVPS process. There are separate pages for each of these in the template. NOTE: If you need more time to write, you may pause the video, continue writing, and push play again when you re ready to continue. But we strongly suggest that you type as much as you can during the 8-minute writing window and then move on. Keep in mind this is a first draft, and you ll have plenty of time to edit and expand the text in your Lifebook later. This is an evolutionary process. C. Step Three - Buildout of your Lifebook Chapter Document Upon completion of each category program video we recommend that you take some time to continue building out, or customizing your Lifebook Chapter. One of the most powerful things you can do is to add inspirational photos and quotes that create an emotional connection to the words you ve written. Lifebook MyLO Instructions Page 7

You can use your own personal photos and quotes or download the ones we provide in each category. Customizing your Lifebook creates the powerful emotional connection you re after! You can also continue to edit your Premise, Vision, Purpose or Strategy for that Category. D. Stock Images by Category Additional Stock Images for each chapter can be downloaded by clicking on the Images button in each category section. E. Inspiring Quotes by Category Additional Quotes for each chapter can be downloaded by clicking on the Quotes button in each category section. ***Please download before moving on to the next program, as they are category specific, and only available during the corresponding Chapter. Once you click the I AM FINISHED with this Video button, you will NOT be able to access that Chapter s video, images or quotes. F. Moving to the Next Program and Video Access After the video is over, please click on the CONTINUE button at the lower right corner of the screen. When you wish to proceed to the next program, click the I AM FINISHED with this Video button. And you will always have access to your personal Lifebook chapters, since they are templates you download and save to your computer! Lifebook MyLO Instructions Page 8

VI. The Lifebook Lingo - Premise, Vision, Purpose, Strategy A. Premise What do you believe? Your Premise refers to the foundational beliefs you hold about this category. What do you believe? What deeply held beliefs are shaping your life? Are your beliefs empowering? Do they move you at a deep level or are they holding you back? Premise is your core belief about a Lifebook Category that sets the tone and serves as a platform for all your actions related to that category. In other words, a Premise is a foundational belief upon which other beliefs are based. For example, our first category is Health & Fitness. Your Premise for that category might be, "I believe that being healthy and fit is important to living a successful life." B. Vision What do you want? Your Vision refers to the ideal state you would like to achieve in this important category. Ask yourself: How do you want this area of your life to feel? What do you want it to look like? What do you want to be doing on a consistent basis? If your life were exactly how you wanted it to be in that category, what would it consist of? When you re creating your Vision for a Lifebook category, don t be afraid to set the bar high; dream big in this section. C. Purpose Why do you want it? Your Purpose refers to the compelling reasons behind what you want in this category. What energizes you? What empowers you to take action? What motivates you to achieve your Vision. Describe WHY you want to make the most out of this area of your life. More than any other single factor, why you want something will determine whether or not you achieve it. When your purpose is strong, you ll do whatever it takes, overcome any obstacle to achieve your goal. In developing your Purpose, decide how much you really want something. Ask yourself what you ll gain if you achieve it, and what you ll lose if you don t. Lifebook MyLO Instructions Page 9

D. Strategy What can you do to achieve it? Your Strategy refers to the specific actions that will get you from where you are now to where you want to be. How will you bring your vision into reality? Ask yourself what kind of positive habits, attitudes and action steps you can implement. What s the RECIPE for the Vision you want to create? Your strategy may require the support of other people, like a coach. The key is to write down the steps you can take, no matter how small, to start moving you toward the achievement of your goals and living the life you want. NOTE: Once you finish writing your Lifebook, you ll be eligible for access to Jon s 8-week Bootcamp Goal Setting program. We will help you develop a crystal clear plan to achieve your entire Life Vision, across all 12 Categories. So don t feel like you have to define all aspects of your strategic plan right now.
