Virginia Neff will now be his Administrative Assistant. She has been doing most of the work since Hurricane Sandy hit Rockaway Point and will now be full time. GREGG JEWELL AWARDED FOUNDERS MEDAL. A long time benefactor of the college, Mr. Greg Jewell was presented with the Founders Medal at the 2013 Pittsburgh Reunion. Greg lives in Florida but spendss much of his time in the Eternal City visiting and promoting the college. ALUMNI NEWS Rev. John Sarge (SAGINAW-Classs of 1972) retired as of July 1 and is now a Senior Priest and serving as Sacramental Minister at St. Joseph Parish, Bay City, MI until June 2014. Rev. Gerald Morris (MIAMI-Casa 1973) has been re-assigned to St. Pius X Parish in Fort Lauderdale after 19 ½ years as pastor of San Pablo, Marathon, FL. Rev. Steven Brown (SAN JOSE-Class of 1977/Casa 1978) after 35 years serving as a priest in the diocese of San Jose, including 7 years in Tanzania, finally received a 6 month sabbatical. He took a mission trip/safari to India with Mother Theresa s sisters in Calcutta, as well as with Maryknoll in Mawanza, Tanzania. He returned to spend a tenth year as pastor at St. Maria Gorettii Parish in San Jose, a community of 7,000 families fairly evenly divided among Filipinos, Spanish speaking, and Vietnamese. Rev. Anthony Opem (SIOUX FALLS-ICTE 1989 Spring) is now a part time chaplain at Tyson Fresh Meat; celebrating his 45 th Anniversary of priestly ordination. Rev. Sir Dr. Thomas Devereaux (SANTA ROSA-ICTE Rev. Mark Latcovich (CLEVELAND-ICTE 2007 Fall) has been named President-Rector of St. Mary Seminary and St. Charles Borromeo 1995 Fall) retired on June 18, 2012 but is still Ecumenical Officer and Spiritual Director in Deaconate Formation Program. Seminary in the Diocese of Cleveland. Rev. Robert Beligotti (ROCHESTER-ICTE 2009 Fall) has retired from full-time parish priest a of June 25, 2013., but will continue to do part time ministry at St. Mary s of the Lake Parish in Watkins Glen, NY. The Joliet alumni had a pranzone recently..with their auxiliary,, on board/alum and their two men ordained this Spring (Lovitsch/Pawlowicz), and third year man, Solomon. The pranzone was in August, in Naperville, Sts. Peter and Paul...where Fr. Tom Milota, 92 and former faculty member, is pastor.

Archbishop Sartain hosted a reunion of his class in July for their 35 thh. Fourteen classmates came from around the country. It was a wonderful reunion and included a ferry ride to Bainbridge Island for lunch, golf, museumm tours, dinner atop the Space Needle, Mass at the Cathedral, and a cenone at the Archbishop s residence. As you can see, the weather was perfect during those days. In Memoria am Listed below are the names of our most recently deceased brother alumni. Thee Alumni Associa ation has arranged for a Mass to be celebrated inn the College Chapel for each of our deceased brothers. All alumni are encouraged to remember in prayer and at Mass our deceased brother alumni.. News comes to us in very different ways about the passing of our alumni. Although not all the information we receive can bee reprinted in the newsletter, it is all available on our website.
