Curriculum emphasizes reflective practice, current theory, and best practices in adult development, motivating and mentoring adult learners, developing coaching strategies, teaching methods and curriculum in addition to dealing with adults with learning disabilities. Also covers ethical and professional principles in the field. In addition, the program includes a Certificate of Completion in Adult Learning and Development and a Certificate of Completion in Adult Learning and Coaching Development. Sequence by Semester: The following is a suggested course sequence by semester for the pathway. Students should keep in mind the items below that affect their success in completing the pathway as listed: sequence is based on a full-time student schedule (12 credits or more per semester). If you are a part-time student, the order of these classes will be helpful but it will take additional terms to complete. sequence does not take into consideration the need for developmental classes (e.g., ENG091 before ENG101.)
