Led creation of new degree programs at branch campus. Chief development officer for the branch campus. Responsible for enrollment management; oversaw creation of a one stop shop for student services. Created new scholarships and scholarship endowments. Author or co-author of grants totaling over $2.5 million in support of programs and scholarships. Played a lead role in the design and construction process for a new, $32 million building. 2003-2005 Assessment Coordinator, Social Sciences Department, Chadron State College Responsible for developing and refining the department s assessment procedures, including the development of learning

outcomes and data collection processes. Oversaw the analysis of the assessment results and wrote the department s annual assessment report. 2001-2003 Honors Program Director, Chadron State College Responsible for recruitment of faculty to teach in the program, as well as student recruitment and retention. Organized annual Honors Day program, which was the central student recruitment initiative and raised the Honors profile on campus. Oversaw development of marketing materials. Played lead role in creation of an American Indian Studies minor. Managed the department s budget, and recruitment and retention initiatives.
