(b) The mean and the standard deviation of the actual selling prices of a small sample of terraced houses, sold in Middlesbrough in 2013, were 68 000 and 9450 respectively. Compare the actual selling prices of the seven semi-detached houses with the actual selling prices of the small sample of terraced houses.
