A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT Dear Honorees: Today, it gives me great pleasure and honor to salute you on the occasion of your retirement from South Carolina State University. Your service has been an integral part of fulfilling our land-grant mission and it is greatly appreciated. Your loyalty and dedication to this institution over the years has added immensely to its ultimate success. As we reflect on our history, we acknowledge that your individual and collective expertise came together seamlessly for the good of the whole.
