Accessing IT Services UCD IT Services will generate an account based on your completed HR information. This account will provide access to a wide range of IT Services available via UCD Connect. Please contact the IT Helpdesk on 716 2700 to request a new account. We will contact you within 2 working days with your new login details. 2GB of web file storage 4GB of email storage Your account details should be kept safe and secure
Accessing IT Services If you are new to UCD and using a machine that is already connected to the network, contact our Helpdesk to re-register the machine with your details If you are new to UCD and have brought a machine with you, contact our Helpdesk to gain access to the UCD network If you need to buy new equipment, please see services for details of any contracts in place
