HONOR & MEMORY GIFTS Imagine the joy your family and friends will feel when they know that you have given a gift in their honor that has eternal value providing for God s work through Briarlake Church. For every honor or memory gift you provide, we will send you a card that includes a space for you to fill in the gift information and to write a short note to your loved one. 36. Give a Child an Easter Book ($5 for one/$50 for 10) On Saturday, April 7, Briarlake Church will host one of our most important outreach events our annual Easter Egg Hunt. Hundreds of children and their families will hear the real Easter story about the sacrificial death and resurrection of Jesus before hunting eggs. Your gift will provide an Easter Book that allows each child to take the story of Jesus home. Items shown in this catalog are for the sole purpose of illustrating goods and services used in the work of Briarlake Church. All contributions for specific projects will be applied to those projects. When we receive more contributions for a given project than can wisely be applied to that project, we will use those funds to meet a similar pressing need. Contributions are received with the understanding that Briarlake Church has complete control over the use of all donated funds. 3715 LaVista Road n Decatur, Georgia 30033 Church Office n 404-325-4214 www.briarlakechurch.org

A single mom rushes into church late, full of apologies. Her child s teacher smiles warmly and welcomes the child into their circle seated on the floor. A couple suffering through a marriage in crisis attends worship together, hoping to hear a word from God and praying for a chance to make their family whole again. A teen, once nagged by questions about his salvation, finds answers and hope in his small group Bible study. A child, who has never been to church, sits down during halftime at his basketball game and watches life-changing testimonies played on a video screen. A senior adult looking for company since his spouse passed away finds fellowship in his Sunday School class. A man embarks on a mission trip to serve others, but finds that his own heart has been eternally altered. Briarlake Church plays an important role in the lives of its congregation and community. Everything we do makes life more meaningful for others and brings them closer to Christ. We are blessed by God to be a blessing to others. At Christmas, we honor the greatest gift the world has ever known. As you celebrate the season of Jesus birth this year, we hope you ll use this catalog to Give Differently. Different from what the world says is important and different from what you ve always done.
