St. Theresa School 2015-16 Uniform and Dress Code Guidelines Below are the guidelines for the 2015-16 school uniform. There are significant changes in the uniform shirts, socks and shoes for next year so please read it carefully. Uniforms may be purchased through Dennis Uniform in store or at www.dennisuniform.com (code: GTHEV) Parents may choose to purchase the uniform pieces (shirts, pants, etc.) outside of Dennis, however, they should match the Dennis color and style exactly. Limited uniform parts are also available in the Used Uniform Room here at school. Parents may donate, exchange, and purchase used uniform parts in the Used Uniform Room. Girls Dress Code: Kindergarten Grades 1-3 Grades 4-5 Grades 6, 7, 8 Tops may be long or short sleeve and are to be tucked in during the school day Skirts or jumpers, must come at least to the top of the knee Slacks and Shorts Sweaters/Sweatshirts/ Fleece worn over uniform shirt Socks Shoes Hair Plain white, red, hunter green, or navy polo shirt Polo shirt with STS crest from School Store Plain white t-shirts may be worn under the uniform shirt. The following information should answer most of your questions about S.T.E.P. AM From 6:30 AM Monday through Friday, parents will drop off and sign in their children at the front office. AM S.T.E.P. will be in room B5. PM PM S.T.E.P. is in session from 2:20-6:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 1:20 to 6:00 P.M. on Friday on Friday. Parents will use the school office entrance and proceed to room B6 for 1st through 8th grade pickup and room B5 for pre-school and kindergarten pickup. REGISTRATION: A $30.00 nonrefundable fee per family is due at the time of registration. Registration takes place on Book Day. Children must be registered for S.T.E.P. with all registration materials filled out and returned before they attend S.T.E.P. Packets may also be obtained at the office after Book Day. HOURLY FEE: $7.50 PER HOUR PER CHILD Fees are payable by check/cash in advance. The calendar is your statement and will be available in the packet at time of registration. Receipts are available upon request. Calendars are due and must be paid on or before the due date provided. A LATE FEE OF $10 WILL BE CHARGED FOR FORMS TURNED IN AFTER THE DUE DATE.
