Expectations Participants are expected to attend the entire program to earn credits The workload is heavy, in addition to the pre-course assignment, students are expected to spend about 20 hours a week on projects outside of class. Scholarships process after grades are received from WU Grades will take longer to post than your traditional courses

Application Process 1. Visit mystudyabroad.asu.edu 2. Search for the program, click on Apply Now and log in with your ASUrite 3. Four Signature Documents: a. Acknowledgement of Application - Exchange Programs (signing charges $50 application fee to your ASU account) b. Medical Authorization and Release c. Study Abroad Student Agreement - WPC Graduate Programs d. Study Abroad Withdrawal Policy - Exchange Programs (or Global Intensive Experiences-Argentina) 4. Three Online Forms and Submissions: a. Emergency Contacts b. WPC Graduate Programs Essay Questions c. WPC Graduate Programs Resume Submission

Application Process Application statuses: 1. Pending: Complete or incomplete application. May be under review. 2. Accepted: You meet the criteria and have been accepted. If you choose to withdraw while in Accepted status, you will only be responsible for the $50 application fee. 3. Confirmed: You were accepted, and decided to click Commit to the program. Once you click Commit, you are liable for up to the entire program fee even if you decide to withdraw. a. For Exchange programs: You will need to commit before your names are sent to the partner schools as nominations

Application Process The deadline to submit your applications for most programs will be December 15, 2017. The deadlines to commit will vary by program and will be anywhere from one week to one-two months after the application deadline.

Selection Process All applications will be reviewed for completeness and evaluated by WPC Student Services and the ASU Study Abroad Office. Tip: Use the resume submission and essay questions to demonstrate why you are a good candidate to represent WPC abroad. You may be called for an interview. If the number of applications exceeds the spaces available for a particular program, students will be placed on a waitlist. You may register for your regular spring program elective(s) in the meantime, and drop before those courses begin if needed.
