This master is designed for recent graduates and young professionals who wish to develop their career in a company with worldwide activities. This program provides solid academic knowledge for mastering business operations in foreign countries, more particularly in Asia and Europe. It also offers real-life experience of the multicultural environments of Chinese and European markets. The program aims to build strategic vision, confidence, teamwork and hands-on management skills. Even though the program can be very challenging, I enjoyed it a lot. My time at AMS was very pleasant, as I felt supported by the staff and faculty. Moreover, the CEBS class now feels as family to me for me, CEBS was one of the best experiences in my life!

PERSONAL GROWTH IN A MULTICULTURAL ENVIRONMENT During the entire year, you will actively participate in class discussions, workshops, business games, the analysis of real-life case studies, and several group presentations. These courses will be given by faculty with a high-ranking international profile, often with several years of business experience. The Leadership and Career Development Track (LCDT) helps kickstart you career! During the year, LCDT consists of a mixture of exercises, training sessions and individual review discussions. These will guide you in the discovery of your personal strengths, the development of your leadership skills and ultimately the realization of your full potential that will benefit you long after graduation. AIM FOR A CAREER IN KEY MANAGERIAL POSITIONS IN ASIA OR EUROPE This program will teach you fundamental management practices and will provide you with the knowledge and skills required for key managerial responsibilities, such as leadership, people management and long-term planning. PRIOR EDUCATION 58% 04-06 Economics and Business: Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, International Business, (Applied) Economics 5% Arts: Linguistics, Interpretation Studies, Literature, Art History 5% Engineering: Electronical Engineering, Computer, Industrial/Business Engineering, Biochemical Engineering % Other: Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Communication, Maritime, Sinology, Applied Media, Law DEVELOP LOCAL COMPETENCES BOTH IN A CHINESE AND EUROPEAN BUSINESS CONTEXT During the first semester, you meet in Antwerp for general management courses, focusing on the different aspects of Euro-China relations with an in-depth analysis of cross-cultural management. To learn about Central and Eastern Europe you also go on a field trip to Budapest (including cultural activities and a company visit). You spend the second semester in Shanghai to focus on business, economics and management in Asia. During the last two months of the program, you will collaborate in teams on a Europe/Chinarelated Master Consultancy Project, explained below. Afterwards, everyone will reunite in Antwerp for graduation. A symbolic place, as it was the beginning of your amazing journey! PREPARE YOURSELF FOR MODERN-DAY BUSINESS CHALLENGES WITH A CONSULTING PROJECT As Antwerp Management School students you will assist companies for 0 weeks in teams, supervised by faculty. Together you will work intensively on business challenges and deliver a complete report with fresh insights and practical recommendations. The projects can take place in another country, increasing your job or trainee opportunities. Asian and European students will review any strategic issue that a company or organization is facing in Asia, and in China in particular: its strategic market position, development of new markets, marketing and investment challenges, market research and customer satisfaction studies, sector and industry analysis, etc.
