The teachers have worked hard this Semester to assist our students in their learning and they have made good progress. If you have any queries about your child s report please make a time to meet with your child s class teacher or make a time for a telephone call. You will note a student number under your child s name. This is the Schools Curriculum and Standards Authority number (SCASA). This number is a Western Australian Student Identity Number and remains the same when a student moves schools, including going to secondary school. Edu Dance Concert - The concert this afternoon will be a wonderful showcase of all the hard work done throughout the term. Congratulations to all of our students. Open Morning - Six of our Year 6 students gave prospective parents a guided tour of the school last week. The students commented that the families were very nice and interested in looking around the school. Thank you to our student guides, we are very proud of you. Administration staff are happy to take tours throughout the year also. Faction Cross Country - Thank you to Mrs Kelsey for organising a very efficient and enjoyable morning last Monday. The students ran very well and everyone completed the course. They demonstrated great fitness, resilience and determination. There were even some surprising results (listings on the next page). Practice Teachers from Notre Dame - Thank you to our practice teachers, Denielle Borcich, Vanessa Gallucci and Kelly Brown-Kenyon. They have worked very conscientiously and professionally with their sponsor teachers this term. It is important for schools to support student teachers and we are very proud of our contribution. Thank you to Mrs Zygadlo, Mrs Kriwopischin and Mrs Sattell for hosting the practice teachers and to Mrs Zygadlo for also co-ordinating the program. Linda Humphreys Principal GREAT P&C DISCO PICS!!
