Contestants for the Championship Round have to speak on the same topic. They need not repeat the same speech. All prize-winners and participants will be given certificates. Prize points : Championship Prize : 12 points 1 st prize : 9 points 2 nd prize : 4 points, 3 rd prize : 1 point. (No points for Encouragement prize) ELIGIBILITY FOR CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS Student should win at least 2 Championship Prizes. Winning in more than 2 languages will provide additional weightage 7. Any two students can speak at the competition and the first student will be allowed to speak for maximum 5 minutes. There will be a sign board at the end of 5 minutes, indicating the first student speaker to stop. Immediately the second student can continue from the first speaker. Another sign will be displayed after 8 minutues, when the PPT has to end. 8. Students should not continue after the Stop sign. Marks will be deleted if the students continue with the presentation after Stop sign. 9. There is no restriction on the number of slides which the group can make. However, all slides should be shown within the allotted time of 8 minutes per group. 10. The PPT can be mailed to us at rkmppt@gmail.com on or before Saturday, December 15 th, 2012. The entries will be received by E-mail only. JUDGING STANDARDS : 1. The presentation will be judged by a team of three competent judges whose decision shall be final and binding. 2. The Quiz, based on the life & teachings of Swami Vivekananda shall consist of the following rounds : Preliminary Round based only on the Quiz booklet is to be conducted by the school for selecting the participating team. It should be conducted before Friday, Nov. 30, 2012. The question paper for conducting the Quiz will be provided by us. These papers should be kept confidential till the date of preliminary round. The three best performed papers, after evaluation by the respective school teachers should reach us on or before Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012. Based on this round, a team of 3 students must be selected by the school for the final round. For the three finalists, one complimentary set of prescribed books will be supplied by us to the schools.
