PERSONNEL COMMITTEE OPEN SESSION October 14, 2014 The Personnel Committee of Community Unit School District #7, Madison County, Edwardsville, Illinois, consisting of Monica Laurent, Paul Pitts, and Lelan Olsen met in person at 6:02 p.m. in open session at Woodland Elementary, 59 S. State Rte. 157, Edwardsville, IL 62025, on Tuesday, October 14, 2014. Others present were: Jill Bertels, Board President; Jeff Miller, Board Member; Greg Roosevelt, Board Member; Ed Hightower, Superintendent; Lynda Andre, Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction; Nancy Spina, Assistant Superintendent of Personnel; Dave Courtney, Assistant Superintendent of Business Operations; Marion Brooks, Director of Special Education; Bill Miener, Director of Technology; Dennis Cramsey, Principal of Edwardsville High School; and Diane Walkenbach, Secretary to the Superintendent. Monica Laurent called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. Roll Call: Laurent, Pitts, Olsen Paul Pitts moved and Lelan Olsen seconded the motion to adjourn to closed session to consider the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body and to review and discuss closed session minutes from September 22, 2014. The meeting adjourned to closed session. The meeting reconvened to open session. Paul Pitts moved and Lelan Olsen seconded the motion to approve the revised personnel agenda as presented relating to the appointment, employment, compensation, dismissal or resignation of employees (see attached). Paul Pitts moved and Lelan Olsen seconded the motion to approve the minutes from the September 22, 2014 meeting. There being no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Paul Pitts and seconded by Lelan Olsen. Hearing no other discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 6:32 p.m. Personnel Chairperson
