Members must be able to dress themselves for an evening outside. Ski Club begins on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 and meets for five consecutive Tuesdays, weather permitting. Livingston, Principal Important Reminders for Parents Re: Safety Procedures for Morning Student Drop Off In order to ensure the safety of our children when parents/guardians use the morning drop off area in the rear of the building, parents/guardians must abide by the following safety procedure every morning: The drop off area must be approached by having the driver s side of the vehicle directly next to the curb. Students are only allowed to exit from the rear seat of the driver s side of the vehicle. Students may not exit a vehicle until an ESE staff member assists your child/children. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated NEW AFTERNOON PICK-UP PROCEDURES ATTENTION PARENTS/GUARDIANS who pick-up their children at dismissal Effective Monday, October 28, 2013, please sign-in at the office by 3:00 p.m., then proceed to the cafeteria to pick-up your child(ren). Any parent/guardian arriving between 3:00 p.m. and 3:20 p.m., will be asked to wait in the office until the hallways are clear, and then proceed to the cafeteria for pick-up. Play Bingo, and you may win one of the beautiful and expensive Coach bags for yourself or a loved one. Doors open at 1:00pm and Bingo starts at 2:00pm. Admission fee is $30.00 and includes: 10 rounds of Bingo, 5 rounds of specials and a door prize ticket. Congratulations to the following class winners of the Achieve 3000 Contest for October! 2 nd Grade: Mrs. Miller 3 rd Grade: Mrs. Kintz 4 th Grade: Mr. Parton 5 th Grade: Mrs. Varner The students from these homeroom classes have won a special movie reward including free snacks, which will take place this Friday morning in Room 300. Way to go! How can other classes win? A new Achieve 3000 Contest begins each month. Students are tracked on Achieve 3000 by their class average of activity scores each month. (Note: Students need to obtain a score of 75% or above on their first try.) Each student is participating on the reading ability of their own reading level (referred to as Lexile. ) The more activities students successfully complete, the greater the chances are for their class to win the contest. Note: Games on Achieve 3000 are excluded towards winning the contest. We hope to see new winners each month. Good luck to all! The ESE School Wide Positive Behavior Team is inviting all ESE students in grades K-5 and their siblings to attend a night of roller-skating at Big Wheel Roller Skating Rink. Who: All ESE Students K-5 and their siblings- a parent or guardian must accompany the students and remain at Big Wheel.
