4. LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE FROM ISEM If you have properly filled and sent all the documents to ISEM BEFORE the deadlines, your application is all right and you will receive an email with your Letter of Acceptance from ISEM. This document is VERY VERY important for the students OUTSIDE EU, in order to apply for STUDENT VISA VISA D at the Embassy.

3 RD STAGE : MY ARRIVAL TO NICE You need to : 1. Inevitably come to the International Relations Office at ISEM (office 254) in order to register before: September 15 (Semester 1) January 22 (Semester 2) 2. Bring Certificate of Arrival in case your home university requires it. 3. Pay French Student Health Insurance (about 217 for the academic year 2017/2018) if you are a student outside EU. It is to be payed by card, cheque or postal money order. 4. For those who would like to play sports or participate at different cultural events: price 45 (for the academic year 2017/2018) for all sports + cultural events proposed by the Université Nice Sophia Antipolis. This is a facultative option. Payment by: card, cheque or postal money order.
3 RD STAGE : MY ARRIVAL TO NICE 5. In case you would like to change the courses written in your Learning Agreement BEFORE the Mobility, you are free to do so. You have 15 days (from the beginning of semester) to choose new courses and confirm them with your home university Learning Agreement DURING the Mobility.
TO CONCLUDE YOUR MOBILITY AFTER THE MOBILITY Last and the most important part is Learning Agreement AFTER the Mobility. In case your home university requires a Certificate of Departure, you need to have it signed and stamped. The following documents will be sent directly to your home university by post: 1. Learning Agreement BEFORE the Mobility 2. Learning Agreement DURING the Mobility 3. Learning Agreement AFTER the Mobility 4. Transcript of records provided by ISEM 5. An equivalence matrix for grades of French education system + grading system of your country (informative character) Your home university will receive the documents and it will provide a conversion of grades based on their own equivalence matrix.
