Year 1 Master in Management at a Global Network School Year 2 Yale Master s Degree in Global Business and Society Dual Degree Curriculum In Year 1, you ll study in a master in management (or equivalent) degree program at a school in the Global Network for Advanced Management. Next, you ll spend Year 2 at Yale SOM in the Yale GBS program. The centerpiece of the Yale GBS program is the Global Business & Society Perspective course, which brings together Yale faculty from a variety of disciplines. Through a series of Yale case studies, you ll learn to integrate tools from different management disciplines as you tackle complex problems at the nexus of business and society. You ll also pursue a customized course of study, starting with a slate of electives on business and leadership that were designed specifically for students in the Yale GBS program. The M2M Program Yale is a founding member of the M2M program, a collaboration among top global business schools allowing future leaders to accelerate their careers by earning two master s degrees in two years, in two countries. The Yale GBS program is offered as the second year of the M2M, following a year of study at HEC Paris, Hong Kong s HKUST Business School, São Paulo s FGV-EAESP, or the University of British Columbia s Sauder School of Business. M2M program participants can apply to Yale for Year 2 at the same time that they apply to their Year 1 program, or during their Year 1 or gap year.
