ST DOMINIC S PRE-SCHOOL NEWSLETTER 5 5 APRIL 2016 One School, One Family, One Spirit
PAGE 2 ST DOMINIC S PRE-SCHOOL Easter Eggs On behalf of Urban Ruins and the Active Education Foundation I would like to thank you all for your generous support with donating Easter eggs. The children of Urban Ruins were able to celebrate Easter with joy and excitement, while being given the Christian message and meaning of Easter. Our Pre-school celebrated on Easter liturgy on Wednesday 23 March. Mrs Flinn (Head of Ethos) told the girls the Easter Story and sang Easter songs, during this Liturgy, giving our girls the Christian meaning and significance of Easter. The lighter side of Easter was celebrated on Thursday 24 with an Easter Bonnet Parade. Each girl made her own Easter Bonnet in class. The classes modeled their bonnets and recited an Easter rhyme for the other classes. A lovely Easter week was had by all. We hope you all had a Blessed Easter with family and friends.
