GES, the Research and Development Department for Technology Enhanced Learning at Galileo University in Guatemala, Latin America, is working towards the FP7 Target outcome Learning in the 21st Century the challenge FP7 Objective ICT-2009.4.2 Technology-Enhanced Learning Projects in this challenge need to be proven in a global environment, in order to get complete results, also require experienced partners in the consortium with large scale pilots and testbeds capacity and research background. 1
