CoOp login to the LMS To login to the LMS click this icon: or use link https://sunocouniversity.cogentys.net The Username is your Employee ID: Type in ALL 8 digits including the zeroes. The Password is changeme (all lowercase, one word) unless you have created a password. Click Log In button. When you first login, the system will prompt you to change your Password from changeme. 1) Retype your Employee ID all 8 digits with the zeroes. 2) Type a new password. See red text for format. 3) Retype the password. 4) Click Save. The System will confirm your password was saved successfully. 1

Security Questions The system will ask you to complete two of six questions to help you change your password or get a new one if you forget yours. You will also be required to change your password every 90 days. Click this link if you forget or need to change your password. The User Security Information window opens and will show your information as it appears in the system. Note: If any of this information is not correct, email sunocounivesity@sunocoinc.com and give full details on what is not correct including your name, coop/store number or department, employee ID, and phone number so you can be contacted for corrections. Example on Next Page This is an example of how to complete the security questions. 2

Select a question and type the answer into the first box labeled Answer: then select the next question. The finished result will look like this. Once you have changed your password and answered the two security questions, the LMS opens to the Courses tab. How To Take A Class When the LMS opens, the My Training tab is open to the Courses tab and the courses that are Not Enrolled or Enrolled appear in the list. If you do not see any courses, go to the Change Status heading on page 4. 3

Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, you may have to wait for the course information to appear. In the list of courses, click the View or Enroll buttons for the course you want. (See example below). If the button shows View, this is a learning path that contains elearning and/or documentation. Click the Enroll button on each course in the learning path beginning with the first course. NOTE: All courses have sound, so use headphones or speakers. If the course is a video, then you will need the sound to understand the course. The opening slide of all courses have instructions on how to activate the sound and navigate the course. Exit the Course When you finish the course, there will either be an exit button to complete the course, or you may close the window to take another course or to close the LMS. Change Status If you login and do not see any courses, it is because you have completed all of them. The opening view only shows courses that are Not Complete or Enrolled. Change the Status to ALL. 1. Click the Down Arrow 2. Click All 3. Wait for the courses to appear. 4

Exit the LMS Always click the Logout link in the upper right corner of the LMS when you are done. How to Print Documentation Some courses have documentation that is called a Personal Action Plan (PAP). You should print the PAP first and use it to take the course. The PAP has questions you should answer to help you remember the course and then discuss with the store manager or trainer. 1) Click View button. 4) Click Enroll button after the PAP has printed and take the course. 2) Click Enroll button for the PAP. The PAP opens in a new window. The bar below will appear at the bottom of the document: Close the window after the PAP has printed. 3) Click Printer icon. See Step 4 to take the course. Store managers are to ensure each employee has taken the elearning and can discuss it. The employee should demonstrate the skills and/or knowledge from the course by performing the correct actions in the store. The trainer should also provide feedback and more practice until the level of performance is acceptable. 5
