Classes On day 1, all participants take a placement test and students are divided by level. On average, there are four 45 min classes a day with approximately 12-13 students per class. At the end of your stay, you will be presented with a certificate of participation. DAILY LIFE Meals An active lifestyle requires healthy, balanced meals. Our chefs have years of experience preparing delicious, nourishing menus. Monday through Friday Three meals are provided daily from Monday to Friday : breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals are served in an all-youcan-eat buffet style. A typical buffet includes a selection of salads, main courses, desserts, fruit and drinks. Saturday and Sunday Weekends are made for sleeping in! Breakfast and lunch are combined into a single meal our copious, popular brunch buffet. In the evening, a hearty dinner awaits students in the cafeteria after they return from the day s excursions and activities. BBQs For a change of pace, our chefs occasionally organise garden barbecues with a large choice of grilled meats and sausages, as well as a selection of healthy salads, finished off with a delicious dessert buffet and fresh fruit. Accommodation Participants are housed in standard or deluxe, single or double rooms. The standard double room is included in the course fee, or alternatively a deluxe room is available at an additional price (please see the admissions form). All deluxe and standard rooms have their own bathroom.
