Charles Perkins has been with the college for over 25 years. When Charles started the computer department and had only 3 employees, He brought the department to the Community College wide, respected level, it is today, Charles recently moved to Dean of Institutional Effectiveness and will, undoubtedly, build the new department to the level he did the IT department Brenda Moreno has been with the college for 6 years, she began as the Help Desk Facilitator/IS Project Coordinator and has taken classes to work up to IE Project Manager. 11 11:50 AM Title IX (Cheryl Brown with Stephanie Joiner and Angie Maddy) T103 Case study scenarios illustrating nuances of Title IX, after which divide into smaller groups to discuss, followed by larger group discussion. Bible Fellowship Community Church in Kansas City. He is also the founder of KC United! Youth Sports Initiative which serves over 850 youth and teens in the urban metro. Adrion is passionate about helping others believe in and invest in their communities. 2:30 2:50 Inclusion and Diversity Team (Carol Murphy) - T103 Barton has organized an Inclusion and Diversity Team to foster a climate at Barton which is built upon inclusiveness, respect, and understanding. An easier question would be, What is NOT the Barton Brand? Yes, we have specific logos, wordmarks, slogans and imagery, but the brand goes beyond the surface. It s truly anything that the public perceives about Barton, including interactions with Barton faculty, staff and students. I ll go over the basics of what PR does to manage the brand, then we ll have a discussion about community perceptions of Barton and what you can do to perpetuate the College s good name!

Jo Harrington has served as the Coordinator of Assessment of Student Learning for many years.
