Background Line Management Institute of Training (LMIT) is a privately owned and operated Queensland, Australia based registered training organisation in vocational education training. It was established in 1997 to play a critical role in creating a workforce of lifelong learners equipped with the skills and knowledge required in their emerging careers. Our aim is to provide the highest quality vocational education and training (VET) in Australia and beyond. We are passionate about workplace learning and are dedicated to improving the practical skills and knowledge required by industry, corporate, not for profit and government organisations. We are fortunate to have developed a multi-disciplinary team of trainers and coaches that have knowledge of business gained from assisting over 600 organisations worldwide for almost two decades. We have specific expertise in delivering targeted short non accredited and accredited training courses for industries seeking or undergoing structural adjustment and change. This expertise exists in our ability to design industry relevant programs, offer flexible delivery options, use current resource materials and offer access to highly skilled trainers with contemporary hands on industry experience. Our carefully chosen range of Australian nationally-accredited courses are aimed at delivering practical and targeted learning to organisations and industry. We have learned that leadership, safety and quality are the keys to success in any organisation and have developed products to target these areas where we have longstanding skill. Line Management Institute of Training offers flexible learning programs including fully supported online and face-to-face delivery, mentoring and coaching, recognition assessment (formally known as RPL) and our premium service Virtual E-learning Pro (VELP).
