Scott McDougall CV 2016 Scott McDougall s art transports the viewer around the world. He captures the beauty in the mundane from Cuba to Europe and everywhere in between. His eye for detail and impressive realistic hand create stunning pieces. A Brief History Scott McDougall s career spans an impressive four decades. Since beginning his career in Queensland, Scott has travelled extensively, capturing intimate moments across the globe. His highly refined techniques allow Scott to not only capture a picture perfect scene but the mood and the people. He truly captures life as it is with his careful choice of subject matter. Viewing his paintings you can feel the streaming sunshine, see the cracks in the pavement and be surrounded by busy streets. Scott is also an accomplished art teacher and has been a consultant for the Queensland State Education Department. Over the years, Scott s work has been widely exhibited across Australia and overseas.
