Scholarship Information We proudly accept the Children First Florida Scholarship. Step Up for Students This program was created in 2001 enabling corporations with a Florida corporate income tax obligation to redirect up to 75 percent of their Florida corporate tax liability to a qualified nonprofit scholarship funding organization, such as Children First Florida, that in turn redistributes the money in the form of K-12 scholarships to low income families. Family eligibility is based on total household income and includes: earned income from a job or business, social security income, child support, and any other source of revenue that may be generated by any person living in your household. Household income levels for this program are set by the state of Florida. There is nothing we can do to assist you with a scholarship if you do not meet the criteria. Please go to www.stepupforstudents.org for eligibility requirements.
