2017 UNIFORM POLICY Traralgon Junior School
Uniform Policy Early Learning Centre and Junior School Uniform Policy Overview At St Paul s there are certain expectations for all students regarding the wearing of the school uniform. It should be clean, in good repair and worn correctly at all times. This helps the School to set and maintain high standards of appearance. It also instils a sense of pride in each student and promotes unity within the School. We ask for your co-operation in ensuring our uniform requirements are met. Implementation The Dress Code applies during school hours, while travelling to and from school, and when students are on school excursions. Summer and winter uniforms will be prescribed, and are required to be worn. Uniform Specifics Additional items: School bags must be of the approved design with the St Paul s logo. Rain coats and rain hats, if worn, must be clear or dark blue. Gloves, if worn, must be plain dark blue or burgundy. Scarves may be dark blue, burgundy or white. Gloves and scarves should not be worn in class or at assemblies. School beanie (optional in winter). If a belt is worn with boys uniform it must be black leather only. Boys are not to wear piercings, or jewellery (including bracelets, necklaces and rings) of any kind. Other than clear nail polish, cosmetics may not be worn at school.
