Type of Activity GMM Seminar Socio-Civic Others : Activity in line with 4Ps Profession Professional Professional Organization Professional Product Activity in support of the UAP corporate thrust Unity Accountability Professional Excellence Manila Centrum was represented at the ARCHXPO 2017 held in Singapore last October 6, 2017. The event was attended by, Ar. John Lemuel G. Llacuna (Chapter President); Ar. Annie Pugeda (Past President and Chapter Director); Ar. Major Pascua (Past President and Chapter Director); and Ar. Jerro Carlos (Documentations Committee Head). This event was spearheaded by UAP Singapore Chapter, in line with their seminar in the afternoon and induction ceremonies in the evening. The seminar in the afternoon had a theme "Responsive Trends of Healthcare Development in ASEAN Region, with reputable speakers like Ar. Theodore Chan, Ar. Elmutaz Eirabaa and Ar. Rebecca Peñafiel. The whole activity has been approved as CPD Seminar given 8 CPD Points by the Professional Regulation Commission of the Philippines. In the evening, in one of the Marina Bay Sands Ballrooms, was a Joint Induction of UAP KL & UAPS of New Officers & Members and Inauguration of Asia Pacific Council. Past Presidents of Manila Centrum were also called during the parade of officers and guests.

Ronaldo Bernal Venue Objective of the Activity Architecture and Fine Arts Building, FEU, Manila To share additional knowledge to the architecture students; a way of helping the future architects. Type of Activity GMM Seminar Socio-Civic Others: Student Arm of UAP Activity in line with 4Ps Profession Professional Professional Organization Professional Product Activity in support of the UAP corporate thrust Unity Accountability Professional Excellence District A5 and Manila Centrum joint forces in order to serve as a help to the architecture students. Far Eastern University was the chosen university as the said university is the base office of Manila Centrum Chapter. Thesis Mock Deliberations was a three-day event, to cater all the thesis classes under architecture program of Far Eastern University. The event got a warm response from the students and they were delighted, enlightened, and learned a lot from this activity. Chapter Presidents from various chapter of District A5 also joined in this event. This effort was made possible by Ar. Carmen Yatco, Deputy District Director of District A5 and Ar. John Lemuel Llacuna, Chapter President of Manila Centrum. This event was also supported by District A5 Director, Ar. Ronaldo Bernal and FEU IARFA Thesis Chairman, Ar. Gregoria Mercado.
