PROGRAM COSTS The program includes: Tuition: 3 or 6 credits waived for exchange partner universities. Opening Ceremony. Orientation Session. Student ID Card. Welcome kit. Airport Transfers. Local Transportation. Personal expenses. Meals not specified in this document. Any other incidental costs. Please consider: Insurance will be paid by each student upon arrival.
HOUSING Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus San Luis Potosi offers the opportunity to live with a host family. The students would be able to experience the Mexican culture, improve their Spanish and enjoy Mexican life from a closer perspective. The Host Family Program will depend on the families availabilty. However our staff has the responsabilty to find out the accomodation before the students arrival. HEALTH INSURANCE It is mandatory for students to acquire an international insurance with certain coverage and amounts. The insurance plan will be acquired on behalf of the students and each student will pay for it as part of a summer package. COVERAGES Medical expenses (sickness & accidents). Emergency evacuation expenses (sickness & accidents). Repatriation of remains. Civil liability through trip. Coverage in Injuries caused by fire weapons, assault and homicide. Guarantee of direct payment in case of emergency AMMOUNTS 120,000 USD 120,000 USD 15,000 USD 500,000 USD If students want to use their own insurance, the alternate option must include the mentioned coverages and amounts as minimum. Alternative insurances will be reviewed through a waiver document that should be fulfilled, signed and stamped by your insurance company. ORIENTATION SESSION The Campus will give a welcome orientation session.
