Teotihuacan is the biggest Pre-Columbian city in the Americas and it is also known as the City of the Gods. It encloses some of the largest ancient pyramids in the world and according to legend it was here where the gods gathered to plan the creation of man. PROGRAM COSTS The program includes: Tuition: 3 or 6 credits waived for exchange partner universities. Opening Ceremony. Orientation Session. Student ID Card. Welcome kit. Accomodation (Host Family/Rental house or apartment) Access to all university facilities (gym, computer labs, library, sports center, etc). Summer t-shirt Closing Ceremony / Farewell Dinner In Campus Medical First Aid USB with the summer memories Academic trip to Teotihuacán Diploma of Participation The program does not include: Plane Ticket. Airport Transfers. Local Transportation. Personal expenses. Meals not specified in this document. Any other incidental costs. Please consider: Insurance will be paid by each student upon arrival.

HOUSING Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus San Luis Potosi offers the opportunity to live with a host family. The students would be able to experience the Mexican culture, improve their Spanish and enjoy Mexican life from a closer perspective. The Host Family Program will depend on the families availabilty. However our staff has the responsabilty to find out the accomodation before the students arrival. HEALTH INSURANCE It is mandatory for students to acquire an international insurance with certain coverage and amounts. The insurance plan will be acquired on behalf of the students and each student will pay for it as part of a summer package. COVERAGES Medical expenses (sickness & accidents). Emergency evacuation expenses (sickness & accidents). Repatriation of remains. Civil liability through trip. Coverage in Injuries caused by fire weapons, assault and homicide. Guarantee of direct payment in case of emergency AMMOUNTS 120,000 USD 120,000 USD 15,000 USD 500,000 USD If students want to use their own insurance, the alternate option must include the mentioned coverages and amounts as minimum. Alternative insurances will be reviewed through a waiver document that should be fulfilled, signed and stamped by your insurance company. The deadline to receive waivers is April the 29th; once your waiver has been reviewed, you will receive a final answer within 2 working days. Please request the waiver to magdalena.avila@itesm.mx

ORIENTATION SESSION The Campus will give a welcome orientation session. During the orientation session different practical topics will be presented: City guide, safety issues, emergencies and medical services, sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, campus regulations, program generalities, etc. PROGRAM S GENERAL COSTS Students (including 3 credits) $1,950 USD Students (including 6 credits) $2,850 USD Professors $ 750 USD Exchange students $ 850 USD FINAL AGENDA Final agenda will be sent to students admitted to Tecnologico de Monterrey.
