Login Screen 1. Access the portal site through your internet browser at https://infinitecampus.naperville203.org. 2. Enter your username and password 3. If you don t have a username and password or cannot remember your password see our Campus Portal Login FAQ document on district website under the Parents and Students section. 1

Campus Portal Home Page 1. After you log into Infinite Campus Portal, you will see menu items on the left, a message area in the middle and icon that will take you to mobile app stores to download the Campus Portal Mobile app for both iphone and Android devices. Family Menu:Messages 1. When you click on Messages, you will be able to access District Notices, School Notices, and Inbox Messages. Click on one of the arrows to the left of one of the three options to maximize the box and view the notices. 2

Family Menu:Household Information 1. When you click on Household Information, you will be able to view your Household Phone Number and Address. From this screen you can update our Household phone number. Typically this is the landline to your phone or if you don t have a landline, the primary cell phone number that schools can contact for district or school communications or emergency purposes. Family Menu:Calendar 1. When you click on Calendar, you will be able to see the District and Building Calendars as well as assignments due (junior high and high school) and attendance events. 3

Family Menu:To Do List 1. When you click on To Do List, you will be able to see the assignments due for your student(s). It will also show you past due assignments if they did not turn it in on time. Items in red indicate past due items based upon the assigned due date by the teacher. Contact the course teacher with any questions about past due assignments. User Account Menu:Account Management 1. Click on Change password if you want to change your Portal Account password. Once you are done changing your password, click Change Password. 4

User Account Menu:Contact Preferences 1. Click on Contact Preferences if you update your personal email address(not your student s) and determine whether or not you wish to use this email for high priority, attendance, behavior, general and teacher messages. Once you are done changing your contact preference, click Save. User Account Menu:Access Log 1. Click on Access Log if you wish to see the date and time your Infinite Campus Portal has been accessed. 5

Links to District and School Pages 1. Click on the Naperville Community Unit School District 203 link to take you to the District homepage. This page will open in a separate window. There are also links to all of your students school homepages as well. 6

Selecting A Student To View To view data about a particular student you will need to choose a student. To do this select the student from the Select A Student drop down at the upper part of the page. Student Menu The options that appear on the Student Menu will vary depending on the grade of your student. High School students will have the most available options, Junior High students will have less, and Elementary students will have the least. 7

Student Menu: Calendar 1. Click on Calendar to access your calendar. On the calendar, you will see the district and building calendars as well as the due dates for assignments and attendance events for your student(s). Student Menu: Schedule 1. Click on Schedule to view yourstudent s current schedule. 8

2. To view your student s grades in a particularclass, click on the Course Name. Contact the course teacher if you have questions regarding your student s grades. 9

Student Menu: Attendance 1. Click on Attendance to view your student sattendance/tardy record. This screen provides various views of your student s attendance broken down by course, period, day, and term 10

Student Menu: Grades 1. Click on Grades to view your student s current in progress grade summary along with recently scored assignments. Grades listed in yellow are in progress grades and those in green are posted grades for that particular grading task. 11

2. To view grading details about a particular course, click on the course name. Contact the course teacher if you have questions regarding your student s grades. Student Menu: Behavior 1. Click on Behavior to view your student s behavior events. 12

Student Menu: Health 1. Click on Health to view your student s immunization records and the date of the most recent sports physical. This page will also indicate whether your student s immunizations are in compliance with the Illinois Department of Health s requirements. If you feel any of this information is incorrect, please contact your school s health technician or nurse. Student Menu: Transportation 1. Click on Transportation to view your student s pickup and drop off bus schedule. Contact the district Transportation office with any questions regarding your student s bus schedule. 13

Student Menu: To Do List 1. Click on To Do List to see your student s pending or overdue assignments and their due dates. Items listed in red are considered past due based on the date assigned by the teacher. Contact the teacher with any questions regarding assignments. Student Menu: Reports 1. Click on Report to see various reports that your student s school has provided to you. Report availability will vary by school. NOTE: All documents are in PDF format, so you will need Adobe Reader to view the reports. 14

Student Menu: Demographics 1. Click on Demographics to view and edit information about your student s Non Household(Emergency) Contacts. You can add, update, or remove emergency contact information. Please use this page to keep your student s emergency contact data up to date. Please keep in mind that data does not automatically update the system records. This information is reviewed by the district prior to updating to insure accurate information. Many emergency contacts are also parents of students in the district and we strive to insure data is not duplicated in our system. 15
